Accessibility.
Last updated: June 20, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Natromed comfortably, no matter how they browse. Accessibility is part of how we build the site, not an afterthought.
Our commitment.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for our site. That means working toward clear text, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive labels and alt text, and content that works with screen readers and assistive technologies.
Ongoing improvement.
Accessibility is never “finished.” We review and refine the site over time, test as we add features, and treat accessibility issues as real bugs to fix. Some third-party content or tools we rely on may not be fully under our control, but we will always do our part and push our partners to do theirs.
Reporting a problem.
If you run into something that is hard to use, confusing, or inaccessible, please tell us. Email wellness@natromed.com with the page, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you can. We take these reports seriously and will work with you to find a fix or an alternative way to get what you need.
